Professional-Webdesigners.com Reloaded

Posted on 01:31 by Unknown
A few months back we launched our web design service site, www.professional-webdesigners.com. The site was built mainly to attract customers who have web design related needs. After a few months of live run and several customer feedbacks we felt that our concept was not properly understood by our potential clients. We were offering services at $10 per hour and we were giving project management and QA for free. This offering was not fully understood and hence our bounce rate was high. We had a brainstorm meeting and it was decided that its best to offer what the clients can easily understand. Hence we came up with the Packages concept and redesign the site entirely. Now when clients visit our website, they can distinctively choose between our packages, Web Lite, Web Premium and Web Com. All features are clearly listed and nothing is hidden from the clients. The package pricing is very competitive and the best part was that we kept the Pay as you Go model alive in a separate page. Within days of launching our bounce rate is down to 2.5% from 30% earlier. Thats a wonderful achievement isn't it? Since the packages are well described, the clients' minds are clutter free and inquiry forms are well understood because both the stake holders are on the same page.

We look forward to you visiting our website, www.professional-webdesigners.com and leave your precious comments.
